We stayed there at the beginning of our vacation and the hotel was ery nice ,one person at check in was very nice but when I asked a female employee to help with ordering food from somewhere due to me not speaking or reading French,she refused to help. . 10 days later we were heading home and I just couldn't handle anymore traffic,and driving in general ,I recognized the hotel from the highway and decided to go with hopes of a vacancy. They were so nice this time were were treated very good and the check in staff were extremely helpful, all but the female from the last stay. She stayed away from me.

Rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and the staff are always helpful. Not far from the highway, and a short drive to the ferry for those planning to visit Quebec City.

Great location, convenient for the highway and for exploring old Quebec City without having to worry about parking or getting in and out with your vehicle. Good size room with the a great bathroom...a usable bath is a rarity!

The Four Points by Sheraton is a very good hotel. However it is far away from Quebec or the gare fluvial of Levis. 3,6km. By bus from the gare fluvial in half an hour, going to the gare fluvial can be tricky, especially on weekends. The rooms are spaciase and clean. Breakfast not available, but close by is a good cafe.

Everything at the hotel in general, and the room specifically, was very clean and well-appointed. Also, the bathroom was HUGE. Plenty of parking with the convention center nearby. We also tried out the heated pool, which was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although there were many others at the hotel, we didn't hear them in our room; either the other guests in our hall were very quiet, or the soundproofing was very good.

Fantastic location just off the highway but in a pleasant, walkable area with green space for kids. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby was excellent and much appreciated!
